When I’m on the thinner side, I love the way I feel.” She adds: “I don’t think I look good when I’m overweight. It wasn’t like two cookies, I would eat 12.” I got fat because I was eating just cakes, cookies.
She says: “I was relatively skinny until I was 54. Kirsty was known for her svelte figure while starring in TV’s Cheers in the Eighties and Nineties with Ted Danson and Woody Harrelson. “I don’t think I’m unhealthy because I gained 30lb but if I kept going I’d be unhealthy.” I got a tick bite and for ten months I would be in bed for eight hours a day. She reveals: “I feel like I want to be thinner than this. KIRSTIE’S weight has fluctuated and she recently gained 30lb after an illness. “So it was like fighting that temptation because I really liked his wife. “He was married and I was married, it was so hard to resist him,” she admits.
